About the Tzedakah Scholarship Application

This initiative under The Tzedakah Project supports mental health professionals by reducing the financial barriers to professional development resources. Awards are based on candidates' commitment to personal growth, motivation to serve their community, and current financial circumstances.
They are providing the opportunity for a reduced fee in pre-licensed therapists buying their licensure study materials through the Therapist Development Center.

Mission
The mission of The Tzedakah Project is to support community-derived innovations in mental health promotion with a focus on finding creative solutions that enhance well-being and prevent suffering through capacity building, direct pilot project funding, leadership development, and community empowerment.
Whenever a mental health practitioner chooses Therapist Development Center (TDC) for professional development, 30% of their continuing education course fee will fund The Tzedakah Project.
