I’m looking to rent out my Grover Beach office on a month to month basis. I was recently in a rock climbing accident and my recovery is going to be lengthy. I’m looking to sublet my office space during daytime hours 6-7 days a week . Another therapist will share the office beginning at 5pm daily. $500 per month includes internet and utilities.
