Hello,

I hope you're doing well during these most challenging times.  Recently there have been new openings in my practice and I'm excited to get the word out.  Currently I have been working under the wing of Michele Simone as her associate and am grateful for all her support.  I also work part time for a local mental health non-profit helping those who live with psychosis.  I volunteer on the board of the Peace Academy of the Sciences and Arts providing mental health consultation.  I have worked at RISE providing individual, couples, and family therapy to survivors of SA and DV.  As hobbies I practice tai chi at the Wushu Tai Chi Center, I love to paint, and I'm learning to scuba dive!   There are a few areas of work that are inspiring for me.  First has been work with couples.  Getting to support a couple towards a moment of tender connection is an honor that I just can't pass up.  Second, I have received specific training in the Neuro-affective Relational Model which supports people who have experienced CPTSD.  Working on an individual level being present to the ins and outs of connection is meaningful work.  Lastly I'm excited to work with teens as they navigate the difficulties of their growth in a socially distant world.  You can find more information about me at my psychology today link as well as my contact information.
