Greetings!

I'm looking to share/sublet a quiet, beautiful office space in Los Osos. The office is furnished and over 300 square feet and is part of a two office suite shared with two other psychotherapists with thriving practices. There is a lovely waiting room, clean bathroom, and kitchenette to share. Building is surrounded by gorgeous, mature trees and has wonderful energy. 

I am a Somatic Psychotherapist so there is a massage table and towel warmer available for use, lots of "cozy/nurturing gear", plenty of space for movement, and loads of storage. There is also tea, water, and an altar available in the office for use. The office would suit another psychotherapist, massage therapist, or other holistic or spiritual practitioner or coach. 

Availability is as follows:

• Mondays after 12:00pm (available immediately)
• Tuesdays after 2:00pm (available immediately)
• Wednesdays after 2:00pm (available immediately)
• Full day Thursdays (available as of June 1)
• Fridays after 12:00pm (available immediately)
• Most Saturdays (available immediately)
• Most Sundays (available immediately)

Rent includes all utilities (including WiFi): 

• One full day per week: $135/month 
• One half day per week: $70/month
• One partial day per week prorated amount (Tuesdays and Wednesdays): $60/month
• Willing to consider an as needed arrangement at $35 per day of use

So, for instance, if someone were to choose full day Thursdays and half day Mondays, it would be $205/month ($135+$70) and would include all Thursdays and all half Mondays for the full month. The $205 would include ALL Thursdays and half Mondays.
