Join us for a rejuvenating morning of yoga on the beach at Shell Beach, Dinosaur Caves Park, on June 8th at 10 am-12pm. Take a break from your busy schedule and treat yourself with relaxation and self-care and community and connection.
Our yoga session will be led by the talented Kate Berman, who brings her expertise as both a yoga instructor and a student completing her masters in marriage and family therapy at Cal Poly. Let Kate guide you through a blissful practice that will leave you feeling refreshed and centered.
Afterwards, we invite you to stay and connect with fellow therapists over coffee and pastries. It's the perfect opportunity to unwind, network and build relationships within our community.
