I enjoy working with teens and supporting them in navigating the unique complexities associated with this phase of life. In addition, I work with families to help create bridges of communication and understanding between teens and their parents. I am a strong believer in the importance of joyful movement, meditation, mindfulness, social connection, and nutrition to help us reach our optimal state of well-being.
I am passionate about working with high school and college aged students in managing stress/mental health issues to prevent these from interfering with academic/social success and quality of life. I help my clients find a healthy balance between school, extra-curricular, work, social life, and self-care.
I am passionate about working with adolescent and college-aged girls/women and supporting them with their evolving identities, developing healthy boundaries and relationship skills, managing life stressors, and nurturing self-compassion and confidence.
