I split my time between Fresno and Paso. I love walking my dogs, yoga, hot pilates, adventures, and hanging with my husband.

I am an LMFT working in Fresno and via tele-health from Paso Robles. I specialize in couple's and utilize Terry Real's Relational Life Institute program with IFS. I am also educated in EFT 1 and 2 by Sue Johnson and Gottman Theory.I also have a large individual client load and utilize tele-health for LA area and Bay area clients.I am trauma informed with EMDR training 1 and 2, and utilize mindfulness based practices.I am currently educating myself on all things polyvagal theory and somatic practices. I can extravert pretty hard but love my solo time. Yoga lover, book lover, animal lover, people lover and art:)
