Now accepting California couples, families, adults, teens and children (10+) for in-person and telehealth sessions! Sometimes we're not sure what exactly is wrong but that we just want things to change. In my practice, I provide an honest, compassionate approach that empowers you to become your best self.
Many clients come to me with reoccurring challenges due to chronic pain or illness, anxiety, relationship issues, parenting struggles, career hurdles, and more. We will focus on positive change without falling trap to toxic positivity that can lead us feeling more isolated and alone. I will always be transparent with you and encourage you to do the same.
As one of my favorite sayings goes: "Nothing Changes if Nothing Changes". Together, with you at the helm, we will address your needs by providing comprehensive tools that lead to actual change. By focusing on the mind and the body through somatic and cognitive interventions, we will address what is holding you back and how to move forward toward your goals.
