With nearly a decade of experience in the mental health field as a California Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, Kelsey has a diverse range of experiences working with children, teens and adults. Formerly the clinical director at a domestic violence center she has extensive training in trauma informed treatment and care. Mindfulness practice, play therapy and expressive uses of art adds depth to Kelsey’s therapeutic efficacy and interest. She has secured numerous grants and funding for therapeutic arts programs for children and young adults. For Kelsey, the mind body connection is critical and she has recently been certified as a 250-hour yoga instructor. With a holistic approach in mind, Kelsey is passionate about emotional and physical well-being.
