This work giving us an opportunity to be come congruent with our feelings and our mind. This is an approach to self-discovery personal transformation and spiritual growth. By harnessing breath and Spirit we we are taken on an inner journey for self inquoiry.  This work is not for the fait of hart, as it is a cutting edge personal empowerment modality. 

Deepen the connect to Mind, body and spirit. It is also design to reset the nerves system by release stress and random inner dialog. It takes effort to be anything, lets make the effort to be happy. 

You are encouraged to bring a yoga mat and blankets! 

Krishna White life’s passion has been facilitating self awareness for himself and other for most of his life.  Through one of the styles of healing work he has trained in, he as become an ordained minister. And for over twenty years he has professionally practiced these techniques throughout California and combined them to create a unique vehicle for your transformational journey.
